At Growing In Grace Childcare, we take the care of your children very seriously. We require all of our staff to undergo a thorough background check and meet all state of Missouri requirements prior to any interaction with children. We also make sure that all employees are CPR certified and first aid trained.
We also strive to go above and beyond average childcare by doing the "little things" that others overlook. We brush (or help brush) teeth everyday, we rock sleepy ones to sleep, we give special one on one attention to each and every child. Every person who comes in contact with your child while at Growing In Grace truly wants to make a difference in the life of your child, not simply draw a paycheck.
Below are small biographies on each staff member. We also encourage you and your children to come by and meet us in person!
Jennifer Foster
Jennifer Foster is the director and a full time provider for Growing In Grace. Jennifer has a Master's degree in Small Business Administration which she received from Park University and is the mother of baby boy Gabriel. She has experience working with disabled children and says that caring for children is her passion in life.
Jacob Foster
Jacob Foster is the husband of Jennifer Foster and "Daddy" to baby Gabe. He helps out at Growing In Grace part time as needed and is the designated handyman.
